This Cookie Policy applies only to the Critsy website. Information about data processing within the Critsy mobile game is provided separately in the Critsy Privacy Policy.

The Critsy website is created and hosted using Wix.

Critsy also uses Usercentrics for Wix as a consent-management solution to manage visitors' cookie and privacy choices.

Certain technology providers may process data on behalf of Critsy or independently under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

4. Types of Cookies We Use

Critsy.app may use the following categories of cookies.

4.1 Essential Cookies

Essential cookies are necessary for the website to function securely and correctly.

11. Legal Basis Under Turkish Data Protection Law

Personal data collected through cookies is processed in accordance with Türkiye's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

13. International Data Transfers

Wix, Usercentrics or other service providers may operate infrastructure outside Türkiye.

As a result, information generated through website technologies may, depending on the relevant service and configuration, be processed outside Türkiye.

Any transfer of personal data outside Türkiye is subject to Article 9 of the KVKK and the applicable international-transfer requirements.

Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms are applied.

Consent to optional cookies is not treated as a general waiver of your rights concerning international data transfers.

14. Cookie Retention

Cookies are retained only for the period reasonably necessary for their relevant purpose or for the duration specified for the relevant technology.

Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends.
